The ceremonies and circles held by Claire at The Red Thread are born from a devotion to authenticity, truth, and the feminine in all her forms. They are held in a sacred manner, as women have gathered since ancient times - in reverence, in trust, in community. These spaces echo the ways our ancestors met: in circle, in ritual, in honesty. Here, we return to ancient ways of healing, remembering that gathering is medicine in itself.
Women’s Circles
Women have always gathered in circle. It is one of the most ancient ways of remembering who we are. In my women’s circles, we return to this timeless tradition — creating a safe, nurturing space to share stories, release burdens, and reconnect with the threads that unite us. Here, we are not separate, but sisters.
Divine Feminine Rage Circle
Rage is sacred. For too long, women have been told to silence their anger, to be quiet, to make themselves small. This circle is a space to honour rage as a holy fire — not to project it outward, but to move it safely through the body, to grieve, to purge, and to remember that even our anger can be alchemised into power and truth. Held in the ancient way of circle, your rage is not shamed here — it is witnessed, validated, and transmuted.
Womb Healing Circles
The womb is the seat of creation, but she also holds the weight of grief, ancestral trauma, and the stories of the collective feminine. In these ceremonies, we work together to release what has been stored — through energy, sound, movement, and intention — so the womb can return to her natural state of wisdom, vitality, and radiance. This is collective work, rooted in the old ways, where women gather to heal not only themselves but the generations before and after.
Threads of Truth: Honest Conversations
These gatherings are a space for raw honesty, vulnerability, and connection. Here, we speak the truths often left unspoken — about our pain, our healing, our relationships, our becoming. It is a place where we learn that authenticity and belonging do not need to be at odds, and that in sharing our truths, we find freedom. Like the story circles of old, this is where words become medicine.
What to expect
In all of these circles, my role is not to heal you, but to hold a sacred container where your own healing can unfold. I am here to weave together safety, intention, and community, so that you can meet yourself more deeply and remember the wholeness that has always been within you.
Purging - through tears, laughter, rage, movement, or silence - is welcomed here. The body knows how to release what it no longer needs, and the collective knows how to hold you as you do. This is the power of ancient ways brought into the present: healing not in isolation, but together, in community, in sacred circle.
These ceremonies and circles are not just events; they are acts of remembrance, of reclamation, and of love. They are spaces where the collective feminine can rise, not in separation, but in unity, just as our ancestors once gathered.

THE RED THREAD RISING
A space for children to grow, ground, and reconnect.
The Red Thread Rising was born from a simple vision - to offer children the same tools of grounding, connection, and emotional awareness that so many of us seek later in life. In a world that often moves too fast, these monthly workshops create a space for stillness, play, and remembrance - teaching our younger generations how to tend to their inner world with care and curiosity.
Each workshop invites children to explore practices that nurture both body and soul, from sound healing, breathwork, and movement, to mindfulness, meditation, and creative expression. These sessions help children reconnect with their natural state of calm, awaken their imagination, and learn how to self-regulate when life feels overwhelming.
Led by experienced facilitators — all mothers and space holders, every session is crafted with love, safety, and intention. The work is gentle yet powerful, giving children the chance to explore their emotions, release stress, and feel seen and supported just as they are.
Through The Red Thread Rising, children are encouraged to:
- Build confidence in their voice and self-expression
- Discover simple ways to calm their mind and body
- Develop emotional intelligence and empathy
- Reconnect with creativity, curiosity, and joy
Held at The Red Thread, these workshops weave together community, mindfulness, and fun. Each gathering feels like a return - a reminder that connection to self, others, and the earth is something we can nurture from an early age.
This is more than a children’s workshop series.
It’s a movement - a new generation rising with awareness, compassion, and heart.
